We offer a FREE 60 Days warranty with every refurbished tech item we sell to give you extra peace of mind. Please note: On New items we offer you the warranty what was issued by the manufacturer. Your Warranty begins on the day your order has been delivered.
- Technical defects
- Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials
- Accidental damage
- Damage to screens, housings, bezels, and surrounds (inc. fading and discolouration)
- Liquid damage
- Issues caused by third party software
- Issues caused by unlocking, or jailbreaking your device
- Any components added or removed since the item was originally sold to you
If you discover a fault on any the items you purchased from us, you have to contact us under the “Service Repair Request” option on the bottom of the page in order to process your return.
Your warranty will also be void if we find evidence that the item has been opened up in a way that may have affected the device, or our shiny warranty stickers has been removed/replaced from the actual item.
Please make sure to package your item as securely as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by insecure packaging during transit.
First, we issue you a return label to return the unit to our warehouse. When we receive your item it will be inspected and the issue will be diagnosed. If the problem isn’t covered by the warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (for example if the item has been accidentally damaged) we will return the item to you free of charge.
If the problem is covered by the warranty, our technicians will attempt to fix the issue and return your item to a fully working condition. If we are unable to fix the issue, we will supply a replacement item of the same description. Your fixed or replacement item will be sent back to you within 2-3 working days of receiving the non-working unit and will be sent by our chosen courier provider.
In the event that we’re not able to fulfil either a replacement or repair, a refund will be processed.
